- Introduction
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (these “Terms“) before using the platform and website or the Services. These Terms (along with the documents referred to in these Terms) include the necessary guidelines on how to use and benefit from the website and the platform (“GlassHUB“, “Platform”, “we“, “our” or “us“). By using the Platform and/or Services, or in any event by registering as a User, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you comply with the provisions thereof.
- Exclusivity
2.1. By using the Platform, all Users acknowledge and agree that GlassHUB shall act as the exclusive intermediary responsible for managing and facilitating the Services among Users, for as long as a User’s Account remains active.
2.2. Users further agree that, for the duration of their use of the Platform, they shall not, whether directly or indirectly, engage with other Users for the provision of services that are identical or similar to the Services, except through the Platform. Otherwise, such conduct shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
- Definitions
- “Applicable Law(s)” shall mean the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
- “Business Days” shall mean the days on which banks and businesses operate in Saudi Arabia. Generally, business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday) and public holidays recognized by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
- “Competent Court” shall mean the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that have jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from (dispute resolution clause) of these Terms, in accordance with the Applicable Law;
- “User(s)”, “you”, “your”, or “yourself” refers to any stakeholder who utilizes or accesses the Platform in any capacity;
- “Parties” shall refer to the (User) and (Platform or GlassHUB) individually, and collectively “Parties”;
- “Personal Data” have the meaning as defined in the Privacy Policy on GlassHUB’s website;
- “Platform” or “GlassHUB” refers collectively to Alemdad Alamen for Information Technology Company, its website and platform, all of which operate as the facilitator of the certification process under these Terms; and
- “Services” shall mean the services provided by or for a User through the Platform.
- Platform Reliability
- We ensure that GlassHUB’s website, Services, and Platform remain operational, functional, and reliable to the extent within our control. However, you acknowledge and agree that the functionality, performance, and availability of the Platform may be subject to disruption or degradation due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to server malfunctions, network outages, failures of third-party services, cybersecurity threats or attacks (including but not limited to hacking, malware, ransomware, phishing, or denial-of-service attacks) and conditions related to the User’s local environment, such as the quality and stability of the User’s internet connection, the performance of the User’s device, or other external technical limitations. GlassHUB shall not be liable for and expressly disclaims any responsibility or obligation with respect to any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising out of or in connection with any such events or circumstances that result in delay, disruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Services or Platform.
- We do not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted and error-free access to the Platform and disclaim any liability for any disruption, delay, or failure of the Platform resulting from such factors. In the event of any issues arising due to matters within our responsibilities and control, we shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly resolve and correct such issues to the extent practicable.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary resources, including but not limited to internet connectivity, hardware, software, and any other local conditions or technical requirements, are adequate and meet the specifications needed to access and utilize the Platform in compliance with these Terms.
- GlassHUB operates solely as an intermediary platform facilitating the provision of compliance certification Services. GlassHUB does not itself conduct, issue, or verify any compliance certifications and expressly disclaims any representation, warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with the accuracy, validity, sufficiency, or outcome of any certification obtained through the Platform. Furthermore, GlassHUB shall not be held responsible for the ongoing compliance status of any certified User, nor for any subsequent changes, developments, or non-compliance that may arise following the issuance of a certification. Users acknowledge and agree that any reliance on a certification is undertaken at their own risk and that GlassHUB bears no responsibility for ensuring the continuity, renewal, or ongoing validity of such certifications after the initial issuance.
- Restricted Use of Information
- For the purposes of these Terms, “Information” shall mean including but not limited to any and all data, documents, communications, materials, Personal Data, Intellectual Property, or other content related to the Platform, or to any User, or any other party, that a User may receive or have access to pursuant to the rights granted for use of the Platform, regardless of the reason or purpose for such access.
- User acknowledges and agrees that any Information accessed or received through the Platform shall be used solely for the specific purpose for which access has been expressly granted by the Platform. Users shall not, under any circumstances, use, disclose, distribute, share, or otherwise exploit such Information for any other purpose, whether directly or indirectly, except in the manner permitted and authorized by the Platform and for the purpose of using and benefiting from the Platform. (“Unauthorized Use”).
- Any Unauthorized Use or any breach of the restrictions set forth herein, shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
- User Registration and Account
- In order to access and utilize the Services, you are required to create an Account with GlassHUB for compliance auditing purposes. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term “Account” refers to one or more accounts that are registered in your name with GlassHUB for the sole purpose of conducting compliance audits and obtaining certifications.
- GlassHUB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse your application to open an Account, and is under no obligation to provide reasons for such rejection.
- Upon successful registration, you will be required to create a User ID and password in order to access and use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your User ID and password will be deemed to be your responsibility.
- By registering for and utilizing the Services, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to conduct business and operate within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with Applicable Laws, including those of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal, contact and business information during the registration process. Any false, inaccurate, or outdated information may hinder your ability to register for the Services and may impact GlassHUB’s ability to provide you with the Services or to contact you. GlassHUB will clearly indicate the mandatory fields to be completed during the registration process. Failure to provide such information may prevent you from registering successfully. By submitting your information, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data in accordance with GlassHUB’s Privacy Policy.
- To access your Account on the Platform, you must use your registered email address and password. GlassHUB may also provide an initial password for access, and may, from time to time, implement additional or alternative methods of authentication for secure access to the Services. You agree to comply with any such methods of authentication or access as may be introduced by GlassHUB.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to disclose such information to any third party. You further agree to change your password regularly, at least every three (3) months. You accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your failure to keep your login details confidential, including any unauthorized access to your Account or misuse by third parties.
- For compliance purposes and to enable the provision of the Services, you authorize GlassHUB and its third-party service providers to obtain, verify, and record Information and documentation necessary to verify your identity and bank account details. You agree to provide any requested information and documentation upon creation of your Account and at any subsequent time, as required by GlassHUB for verification purposes.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for your GlassHUB Account and related bank account details. You further agree to promptly update such information as necessary to ensure its accuracy. Failure to maintain accurate and up-to-date information may result in the suspension or termination of your Account.
- You may terminate your Account at any time by submitting a termination request via GlassHUB’s designated termination form on the Settings page or by contacting GlassHUB via email at: customer1st@glasshub.ai.
- GlassHUB may require you to confirm your termination request through additional means, including via email or other communication methods, in order to finalize the termination of your Account. Upon completion of the termination process, you will no longer have access to your Account or its associated Services.
- Modification of Terms
These Terms (as well as the additional terms that apply to your specific use of the Platform) will be subject to continuous updates and changes as needed. Any amendment to or update on any of these Terms shall be effective from the date of publication on our Platform. This will require You to constantly review these Terms, your continued use of the Platform means that you are aware of and fully accept all the amendments made to these Terms. GlassHUB is not required to announce any updates on or amendments to these Terms. These Terms are subject to change at any time by modifying this page so please check this page from time to time. The new terms are binding on you from the date of publication on our website.
- Use of the Platform
- You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and only in accordance with the rights and permissions explicitly provided to you by the Platform, and to adhere strictly to those limitations. You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity or engage in any conduct that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform.
- The User acknowledges and agrees to abide by any and all obligations whether explicit or implied and benefit from any rights, Services provided by the Platform.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that the Platform may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or consent, carry out automated actions or processes necessary for the operation, improvement, and transparency of the Platform’s Services. The User expressly agrees that such actions are an inherent part of using the Platform and waives any right to object to, dispute, or seek recourse for such actions at any time, and agrees that the Platform shall bear no liability arising therefrom.
- You agree not to, including but not limited to (“Restrictions”):
- Use the Platform beyond the scope of rights granted to you by the Platform, and shall only use it for purposes that the Platform expressly permits;
- Engage in any activity that violates Applicable Laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, or that may facilitate or contribute to unlawful activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or any other networks associated with it;
- Use the Platform to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code or material that could interfere with or impair the Platform’s operations or security;
- Breach these Terms or any other applicable rules and instructions that GlassHUB may convey concerning the use of the Services;
- Impersonate any person, or entity or make any false statement about your identity;
- Send automated or machine-generated search queries or use robots, crawlers, or similar applications and websites to collect or compile content from the Services;
- Interfere with, disrupt, circumvent or manipulate the functionality or operation of the Services;
- The User agrees not to use any part of the Platform to build, create or offer a competing service or platform;
- Use the Platform to unsolicited commercial communications (‘spam’), chain letters, or pyramid schemes; and
- Users shall not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of any of its rights, obligations, or Accounts under these Terms or with respect to the Platform to any third party, whether in whole or in part, nor shall the Users permit any third party to use its rights, obligations, or Accounts on its behalf, under any circumstances.
- A breach of any of the Restrictions set forth herein shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
- Third-Party Links
- The Service may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Websites“) that are not owned or controlled by GlassHUB. These Third-Party Websites may also allow you to post content or interact with external platforms. GlassHUB is not affiliated with, does not control, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Website. You acknowledge and agree that any interactions with Third-Party Websites are at your own risk, and you may find their content, policies, or services incompatible with your requirements, or may find such content to be objectionable, unlawful, or immoral.
- You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your use of, and any content you post or transmit to, Third-Party Websites; and
- You expressly release GlassHUB from any and all liability arising from your use of or interaction with Third-Party Websites.
- GlassHUB may utilize services provided by Third-Party Websites but has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the payment terms, services, privacy policies, or practices of any Third-Party Website. We strongly recommend that you review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of each Third-Party Website you visit or interact with.
- Viruses
We cannot guarantee that the Platform is safe, free of errors, viruses, or malware. You shall bear the responsibility to control your technological information, software and computer systems to access the Platform and use your antivirus software. It is prohibited to misuse the Platform by entering all types of viruses without exception, as well as preventing unauthorized access, the server on which we store our servers, or any other server, computer or database related to the Platform, It is prohibited to attack or post denial of Service attacks, all of which constitute a material breach. We will report any attempt to breach these Terms with the competent legal authorities and cooperate with them and disclose your identity. In the event of such violations, you will be deprived of your right to use the Platform immediately and take all legal action against you as such act by you constitutes a material breach under these Terms.
- Intellectual property
- “Intellectual Property Rights” Shall include but not limited to, all rights, title, and interest in and to the: (i) Services and any part thereof; (ii) text, documents, articles, brochures, descriptions, graphics, photos, sounds, videos and interactive features on the Services (collectively, the “Materials“), (iii) the Services’ products, Services and Software (collectively, “Software“); (iv) User Submissions (as defined below and together with the Materials and Software, the “Content“), and (v) the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks“), including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade secrets and any and all other intellectual property rights and intellectual proprietary of any nature whatsoever that subsist, or may subsist, whether or not registered, or be capable of registration, in each case in relation to the obligations or any part thereof and which exist, or may exist, in any jurisdiction anywhere in the world.
- Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any Intellectual Property Rights to you or any third party. GlassHUB, and its licensors, reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
- You may not copy, distribute, display or perform publicly, sublicense, decompile, disassemble, reduce to human readable form, execute publicly, make available to the public, adapt, make commercial use, process, compile, translate, sell, lend, rent, reverse engineer, combine with other software, modify or create derivative works of the Services, Marks or Content or any portion thereof, either by yourself or by a third party on your behalf, in any way or by any means, including, but not limited to electronic, mechanical or optical means (“IP Breach”).
- In the event of any IP Breach which constitutes a material breach, GlassHUB reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to, the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services or User Account on Platform, legal recourse, and seeking any remedies available under applicable intellectual property Applicable Laws including but not limited to injunction relief.
- Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlassHUB, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of Applicable Law.
- Liability
Except for any act that is deemed to constitute a material breach under these Terms, neither Party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform; Neither Party’s total liability in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform will exceed the actual damages incurred by the other Party.
- Suspension or Restriction of Access
- GlassHUB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or restrict access to the Services, or any part thereof, for any reason it deems reasonable and without further obligation, including but not limited to:
- Preventing misuse of the Services;
- Breach of these Terms;
- Violation of any Applicable Laws; and/or
- Termination of your User Account, whether by you or by GlassHUB.
- GlassHUB may, at its sole discretion, remove or block access to certain content or Information previously made available through the Services after a specified period. Consequently, you may no longer have access to content you once had access to. The Services are not intended to function as an archive or file storage service. You are solely responsible for backing up and retaining any content you wish to preserve.
- Termination
- GlassHUB may, in its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently deny, suspend, limit, or terminate your User Account, restrict your access to the Services (in whole or in part), and take technical or legal measures to prevent further access, under the following circumstances:
- Misuse or abuse of the rights granted to you under these Terms;
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Engagement in any conduct that violates Applicable Laws, rules, or regulations;
- Actions or omissions that are harmful to GlassHUB or any third parties, including other Users;
- Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized persons, thereby compromising the security of your Account; and/or
- Continued use of the Services that may expose GlassHUB or any third party to legal liability or reputational harm, such as the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive Information.
- Except in cases where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or legal exposure, GlassHUB will make reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of the issue and an opportunity to rectify the situation, where appropriate and at GlassHUB’s discretion. However, GlassHUB reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice if deemed necessary to protect its interests, or the interests of its Users, partners, or other stakeholders.

For any inquiries, corrections, or if you encounter any errors related to the use of the Platform, Users may contact GlassHUB by emailing customer1st@glasshub.ai . We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues or inquiries promptly upon receiving such notifications.
- Records
- You hereby agree that GlassHUB may:
- maintain records including any notifications, activity logs, contract notes, statements of account and other records relating to the Account, whether in physical or electronic form.
- record your chat conversations with GlassHUB and other Users. Such recordings may be used to ensure compliance with these Terms and to facilitate the resolution of any disputes that may arise between Users.
- record and monitor your electronic communications with GlassHUB.
- maintain all such records for any period as GlassHUB deems appropriate per the Applicable Laws.
- You further acknowledge and agree that GlassHUB’s records may be conclusive and binding on you in any dispute between the parties to these Terms.
- GlassHUB reserves the right to use these records as evidence in any dispute resolution process or legal proceedings, as permitted under Applicable Law.
- Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference on the GlassHUB’s website. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your Information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- Integration
These Terms shall constitute an integral part of any agreement entered into between the Users and GlassHUB and shall be deemed incorporated therein by reference.
- Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification, termination or invalidation of these Terms or arising therefrom or related thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be settled through amicable negotiations. In the event where any such dispute is not settled within fifteen (15) business days from the commencement of negotiations, such dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Saudi Arabian laws and regulations in force (“Rules”) by three (3) arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. Each Party shall appoint an arbitrator within ten (10) Business Days of receiving a written notice in that respect from the other Party; the two appointed arbitrators shall then appoint a third arbitrator within an additional ten (10) Business Days. In the event of the other Party’s failure to appoint an arbitrator or the two appointed arbitrators’ failure to appoint a third arbitrator within the specified time frame, then the Competent Court shall appoint the co-arbitrator upon the request of the Party seeking expeditious resolution. The Parties shall initially bear the costs and expenses of arbitration, including those of the arbitral tribunal and its secretariat, equally; thereafter, the Party against whom the arbitral award is made shall bear all such costs and expenses.
